Del-Gro, through it's state-of-the-art facility and campus, will provide its tenants with the infrastructure needed to operate a Prop 64 compliant facility. The campus has state license Type 1 and Type 2 turnkey cultivation facilities. Each turnkey facility includes built in features and systems such as security, inventory control, quality control, and a pre-designed layout that has been formulated by experts to ensure the best flow of production and manufacturing of medical cannabis products by its tenants. Del-Gro will be providing standard operating procedures that will meet or exceed state requirements for tenants when applying for their state license application in 2018. This will include a set of standards of required best management practices for the commercial cultivation of cannabis. In addition, the campus will providing a full selection of business professional services to support the community. This will include services such as a wholesale equipment and supply warehouse, accounting, tax filing, business development, pest management, and industry consulting services.
